3. Make sure the faucet opening is round.
4. If the aerator unscrews and the opening is round, your faucet is likely compatible.
5. If you’re unsure, email a photo of your faucet to support@rinsenity.com before ordering and we’ll help you check.

Rinsenity is designed to give you a more direct, controlled rinse so you are not cupping water in your hands and splashing it across your sink, sleeves, counter, and mirror.

It does not magically eliminate every drop of water. For the driest routine, use moderate water pressure and pair it with the Drip-Guard Set to help catch wrist drips before they reach your sleeves.

If your Rinsenity sprayer does not fit your faucet, contact us at support@rinsenity.com. We’ll help you troubleshoot, check whether an included adapter insert solves the issue, or help make it right according to our return policy.

Most compatible faucet setups can be installed in just a few minutes.

Typical setup:
1. Unscrew your faucet aerator.
2. Attach the connector/diverter.
3. Connect the hose and sprayer.
4. Mount the holder.
5. Turn on the water and test the sprayer.
If your faucet setup is unusual, recessed, or uses uncommon threading, installation may require an adapter insert or extra troubleshooting.

Every kit includes:
- 1 handheld sprayer head with cleansing bristles
- 1 coiled hose
- 1 multi-function faucet connector/diverter valve
- 1 wall-mount bracket with adhesive pad
- Faucet adapter inserts for common thread sizes

The kit includes the main parts needed for compatible faucet setups. Some uncommon faucets may still not be compatible.

Rinsenity is not recommended for:
- Waterfall faucets without removable aerators
- Square, flat, or non-round faucet outlets
- Faucets with no removable aerator
- Pull-out or pull-down faucets unless they have a standard removable round aerator
- Unusual or custom faucet designs with non-standard threading

Both are designed for the same purpose — keeping hair back and catching drips during face washing and skincare routines — but the feel and style are different:
Sponge/Terry-style Set: sponge-like microfiber feel with a spa-style look. More absorbent.
Plush Bow Set: soft coral-velvet style with a bow design. Softer feel and more giftable.
Not sure which to pick? The sponge style is more absorbent. The bow style is softer and more giftable. Both work equally well for keeping your sleeves dry.

Yes, they’re made with a stretch fit designed for most head sizes and wrists.
If you prefer a looser feel, you can gently stretch them before first use.

We recommend:
Machine wash cold (mesh bag recommended)
Air dry or tumble dry low
Avoid fabric softener (it can reduce absorbency over time)

We do our best to show product colors accurately, but slight color differences may happen due to lighting, editing, and screen settings.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.

We ship to many countries worldwide. If shipping is available to your location, you’ll be able to place your order at checkout.

Not always. If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product availability and warehouse logistics. If this happens, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment so you can follow every part of your order.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on your country’s laws. These charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
