  • At Rinsenity, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery work for orders placed on our website.

  • We offer free shipping on all orders.

  • Order Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During periods of high order volume, promotions, or carrier delays, processing may take a little longer. If this happens, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

      Order processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.

  • Shipping & Delivery Estimates
  • Our products are currently fulfilled through our international fulfillment partners and may ship from overseas warehouses. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

    • United States: typically 7–15 business days
    • International orders: typically 8–20 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and local delivery conditions can affect transit times. You will see the most accurate shipping estimate available at checkout (when applicable).

  • Order Changes & Cancellations
  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rinsenity.com. We can only guarantee changes/cancellations before your order has been processed or shipped.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rinsenity.com and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

  • Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Tracking Your Order

  • Split Shipments
  • If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or supplier logistics. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

  • Rinsenity is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

    • Unclaimed packages

If your order is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or appears lost, please contact us at support@rinsenity.com and we’ll help you investigate and work toward a resolution.
