When will my order ship?

How long does delivery take?
Estimated total delivery time is usually 8–15 business days from the date you place your order, including processing and shipping.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. During busy periods, delivery may take a little longer.
Is shipping tracked?
Yes. Every order includes tracked shipping. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also track anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and email.
What if my package is delayed or tracking isn’t updating?
Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after shipment. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact us at support@rinsenity.com and we’ll help check on it.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@rinsenity.com. We’ll do our best to help before the order is processed, but once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
